My Actifit Report Card: May 11 2022

Hello beautiful world!
Wishing you a great day ahead..
While passing through from the way I found such a beautiful landscape wi green grass and trees..Most of the crops have been cut at this time. Even sugarcane cultivation is on the way to a complete end. Therefore animals like Nilgai are bound to live in the open. There was a group of nilgai animal that were crossing the fense of the crops field.

Before it, again I get up early in the morning, did nothing just went ups the stairs and reach my roof to complete my morning exercise like yoga and meditation.. I felt happy by spending few times for physical health. It was a similar day like yesterday. Although there is forecast for heavy rainfall on 11th and 12th may.

Today my stepping is little high rather than other days and it is 7k steps.. At evening I was in the market to buy some dry fruits..
After returning from there I did nothing just again reached at my roof almost for half hour to increase my stepping.
Hope you are also doing good to keep yourself fit and healthy..
