Happy weekend to all..
This is my whole days activities that I did throughout the day to take my stepping over 8k steps. This weekend an afternoon there was plenty of time to spend with friends..
Till 6pm I was at room due to overheat and humid but at evening I was in the market. I also visited one or two friends whom I was missing due to over work.
Before it, during lunch time I enjoyed this beautiful green garden. Afternoon I went block resource centre to submit some offline reportand this much helped me to increase my stepping.. When I return from there it was 3pm. I was physically exhausted.. I decided to have cold lassi. Feel good by getting some freshness..
Late evening I enjoyed South Indian movie and also checked the recent activities that is happening around the world by watching news channel.
now finishing my activities with 8k steps that I get vy walking, moving around the office, visiting nearby market and block resources centre..

They told me if I killed myself now it would save the lives of countless others.
Saying the longer I wait to kill myself the more people will suffer.
They are reckless and should have shown the proper media what they had before taking me hostage for 5 years. I know there are many in prison that dont deserve to be there because of this. Your stay in prison will not be fun @battleaxe and friends. People are going to want you dead when they find out what you did. I hope you die a slow painful death. You sick mother fuckers.

Its a terrorist act on American soil while some say its not real or Im a mental case. Many know its real. This is an ignored detrimental to humanity domestic and foreign threat. Ask informed soldiers in the American military what their oath is and tell them about the day you asked me why. Nobody has I guess. Maybe someone told ill informed soldiers they cant protect America from military leaders in control with ill intent. How do we protect locked up soldiers from telling the truth?
