My Actifit Report Card: June 16 2022

Hope life has been going good for you..
This is my today's actifit report card and today my stepping count is just 7k steps that I get by walking and moving around the office.. Yesterday I failed to submit my report card due to burden of work..
Afternoon I am not feeling well because atmosphere changed and new atmosphere made me physical unfit. Slight fever with cold problem.. I think I will recover it soon because I already taken medicine.
All activities raised before noon. Afternoon no activities just laying on the bed.
Returning from the office I captured these beautiful nature landscape. It could be more green if there is slight rainfall. Unfortunately there is no rainfall in rainy season. Although from evening there is slight cloud can be seen in the sky and very late evening winds also starting to blow slowly and slowly.
Now finishing my activities with 7k steps that I get by walking and moving around the office..
