My Actifit Report Card: June 17 2022

This is my today's actifit report card and today my stepping count is pretty good over than 8k steps..
Mostly I like to get up 6 o'clock at morning but today I get up very early almost 4 o'clock and suddenly found that weather was very cool. Decided to complete some physical exercise, like yoga and push-up.
my office schedule start 7:15 at morning so I hardly get charge to do more during morning time.
Afternoon at lunch time I was walking in mango orchard to get some relaxation from overheat and humid.
When I return from here, it was market day here. After that taken rest almost 2 hours. I went nearby market to buy fresh vegetable and grocery.
When I return from the market, it was getting dark and also I was physically exhausted. My stepping count reached over 8k steps. I was happy with more activities.
Now finishing my activities with 8k steps that I get by walking, moving around the office and visiting nearby market.
