My Actifit Report Card: June 19 2022

This is my today's actifit report card and today my stepping count is just 5k steps. It was Sunday today and there was no chance for outdoor visit. During morning time I completed few steps of physical exercise after that I went to milk shop to buy milk. The milkman from whom I used to take milk, that milkman refused to give milk, so I have to go at Parag milk shop to bring milk.
This activity much helped me to raise my stepping count.
This beautiful image was captured during morning time when I was completing my exercise that time I saw a baby crow along with its mother that were sitting over the electricity wire. During morning time there was cloud over the sky but as day move forward it was again scotching day.
Hi tubling I was in the market to buy few substance for office work and also some grocery for home..
When I return at room it was almost 5K steps..
Now finishing my activities with 5k steps that I get by walking and visiting nearby market..
