My Actifit Report Card: July 27 2022

This is my today's actifit report card and today my stepping count is just 6k steps. Today I get up very late at morning so I could not participate in exercise, yoga and meditation that I used to do during morning time. Now and days I get extreme sleep during morning time..
Like other days again I was ready for my office at 7:30. When I was about to leave my room, suddenly rainfall started and slowly and slowly change into downpaur. It was just 15 minutes rainfall after that again stopped.
There was no more activities during day time but at evening I was again in the market. This time Sawan month is going on so there was masss crowd on intersection way. I enjoyed there Kanvad Yatra. After that I returned at my room
When I returned at my room it was enough activities to publish my actifit post..
Finally finishing my activities with 6k steps that I get by walking moving around the office and visiting nearby market..
