My Actifit Report Card: July 28 2022

Wishing you a great day ahead..
This is my whole days activities that I did throughout the day to take my stepping over 8k steps. It was a fantastic day since morning. It was raining intermittently during the whole day. But still there was no relief from the heat and humidity as much as it should have been. Today I started my day with some physical exercise yoga and meditation.


Afternoon again it started to rainfall heavily and half an hour of rain submerged the entire area. The smiles have definitely returned to the faces of the farmers. Their faces lit up with happiness.

This year's rain is a bit strange. It is not raining anywhere in the entire district at once. It seems as if the rain has divided its area. It is raining heavily in some parts and there is strong sunshine in some parts. Despite all this, it does rain once during the whole day.

Finally finishing my activities with 8k steps that I get by walking moving around the office and enjoying rainy season..
Hope you are also doing good to keep yourself fit and healthy..
