My Actifit Report Card: August 13 2022
Hello beautiful world!
Happy weekend to my all friends...
This is my today's actifit report card and today my stepping count is just 6k steps.
The day started with warm up and stretching body. Soon heat increased with strong sunlight.. The sun was shining brightly since morning.. It was very tough day and sweeting alot during warm up time. Anyway finished morning exercise and went for bath..
After noon I was in the intersection way to buy some necessary substance as tomorrow I have to left my hometown for my workplace. After noon I also enjoyed cycling yet could not reach on pretty good stepping..
At evening while I was at my terrace meanwhile I captured such beautiful creeping flowers images.
Finally finishing my activities with only 6k steps that I get by cycling, warm up , walking and visiting intersection way..
