My Actifit Report Card: September 29 2022
Hello Hiveans!
This is my today's actifit report card..
It is just 6k steps today. No extra activities just followed daily routine.
Like other days get up very early in the morning. Stretched my body, spent fue time for warm up, after that I was ready for my office.. From first October will be some change in my daily routine.
Afternoon I was walking nearby a garden where I saw such a beautiful weeds that was growing in the field. This time everywhere is a green atmosphere due to heavy rainfall. 2:30 I left my office for my room. life is scheduled so hardly I get chance for extra activities.
I was at intersection way to enjoy the beautiful atmosphere of Durga pandal. Mostly I do not believe in these things but I like to go there to increase my activities.
finally finishing my activities with 6k steps that I get by walking and moving around the office..

How well dear @certain to walk and entertaining ourselves in such beautiful vegetation enhances our spirit and generates a lot of calm. Working permanently always requires recreation and tranquility.
