Entrenamiento de Caminata de Montaña con mis Hijos

Saludos amigos de Hive y de @fulldeportes, hoy voy a compartir con ustedes mi entrenamiento de caminata de montaña que realicé con mis. Hijos en la ruta del cerro Los Chivos - 3era montaña, en la comunidad de Villa de Cura, municipio Zamora, estado Aragua.

Greetings, friends of Hive and @fulldeportes. Today I am going to share with you my mountain walking training that I did with my children on the Los Chivos hill route - 3rd mountain, in the community of Villa de Cura, Zamora municipality, Aragua state.

Cabe destacar que los días domingo a veces no entreno y como ayer subí el cerro El Toquito, iba a descansar, pero mi hija quería subir hoy domingo con unos amigos que querían conocer este recorrido. Este entrenamiento lo realizamos en la tarde, salimos a las 5:15, el tiempo estaba nublado y parecía que iba a llover, porque estaban cayendo unas gotas de agua. Una vez que comenzamos a subir mi hijo se fue adelante y yo quedé detrás con mi hija y sus amigos.

It should be noted that I sometimes do not train on Sundays, and since I climbed El Toquito hill yesterday, I was going to rest, but my daughter wanted to climb today, Sunday, with some friends who wanted to see this route. We did this training session in the afternoon, leaving at 5:15 p.m. The weather was cloudy and it looked like it was going to rain, because a few drops of water were falling. Once we started climbing, my son went ahead and I stayed behind with my daughter and her friends.

Al llegar a la cima de la primera subida en donde está la cruz mi hijo me estaba esperando para tomar agua, a medida que iba subiendo pude observar a varias personas que también estaban haciendo lo mismo con algunos niños, detrás se mantuvo mi hija y sus amigos que la esperaba en algunos puntos del cerro. Este tipo de ejercicios son buenos para que mis hijos que práctica Fútbol y voleibol, tengan mayor resistencia en sus piernas y tengan una mayor rapidez en la cancha.

When I reached the top of the first climb, where the cross is, my son was waiting for me to drink some water. As I climbed, I saw several other people doing the same thing with some children. My daughter and her friends stayed behind, waiting for me at various points along the hill. This type of exercise is good for my children, who play football and volleyball, as it gives them greater leg strength and makes them faster on the pitch.

Después, continuamos subiendo, hasta llegar a la cima de la tercera montaña, dónde habían varios niños volando papagayos con sus representantes, y otras personas haciendo ejercicios. Me gusto mucho que en esta época de carnaval se esté recuperando los juegos tradicionales y donde ellos disfrutan haciendo ejercicios y volando los papagayos. Luego seguimos caminando para bajar y después mi hijo y yo los esperamos en esta montaña.

Then we continued climbing until we reached the top of the third mountain, where there were several children flying kites with their parents and other people doing exercises. I really liked that during this carnival season, traditional games are being revived and that they enjoy exercising and flying kites. Then we continued walking downhill, and my son and I waited for them on this mountain.
