Entrenamiento de Caminata de Montaña Las Rosas 9.39 K
Greetings to all my friends on Hive and @fulldeportes. Today I’m going to share with you my mountain walking training session, which I did on the Las Rosas hill trail in the community of Villa de Cura, in the municipality of Zamora, Aragua state.
Cabe destacar que este entrenamiento los realicé el día de hoy sábado, no entrenaba desde el día lunes, porque esta semana tuvo mucho trabajo, como trabajé hasta tarde el día miércoles, me dieron el día libre el viernes, pero no fui a caminar ayer y retomé mis entrenamientos, levantándome temprano,para realizar mis ejercicios de calentamiento y salir a las 5:58 am,.el tiempo estuvo un poco oscuro, saliendo desde la avenida Lisandro Hernández, con dirección hacia Villa de Cura - Cagua.
It’s worth noting that I did this training session today, Saturday; I hadn’t trained since Monday because I’d had a very busy week. As I worked late on Wednesday, I was given Friday off, but I didn’t go for a walk yesterday and resumed my training by getting up early to do my warm-up exercises and setting off at 5.58 am. It was a bit dark when I set off from Lisandro Hernández Avenue, heading towards Villa de Cura - Cagua.
Asimismo, inicié a un ritmo de un 70%, pensé que iba a realizar un mejor tiempo, en la entrada del cerro Las Rosas llevaba un tiempo de 33 minutos, que son los 3.4 K, para después adentrarme a la montaña, la carretera nuevamente la arreglaron una parte que está más adelante. Luego continúe avanzando con varias subidas constantes, hasta completar la distancia de 5K, en un tiempo de 46 minutos.
I also started off at 70% of my pace; I thought I was going to achieve a better time. By the time I reached the foot of Las Rosas Hill, I’d been running for 33 minutes – that’s 3.4 km – before heading further up the mountain; further on, they’d repaired a section of the road. I then continued on, facing several steady climbs, until I completed the 5 km distance in a time of 46 minutes.

As I made my way along, I considered heading down through the El Ancón farming settlement, but then I decided to continue up Los Chivos hill. On this stretch of the route, there is just one climb, which is near the Las Mercedes area; upon reaching this point, I start climbing again to reach the third hill where the exercise machines are, then continue downhill to finish the descent and arrive back at the starting point on Lisandro Hernández Street, with a time of 1 hour 49 minutes, a distance of 9.39 km, an elevation gain of 524 m and a maximum elevation of 769 m, recorded on the Strava app.
