Saludos amigos de Hive, hoy nuevamente realice un entrenamiento en el cerro Los Chivos de mi comunidad, en esta ocasión hice una caminata en familia donde cumplí la promesa a mi sobrina de llevarla a esta bella montaña, para que disfrutara junto con nosotros la belleza natural.

En esta ocasión el clima estuvo bastante fresco, parecía que iba a llover un poco, comenzamos a subir un paso bastante cómodo ya que mi sobrina era la primera vez que subió, sin embargo ella se sintió bastante bien, de hecho estaba cerca de mi junto con mi hijo y el perrito Negrito que fue quien marco el paso en la ruta.

En este recorrido me sentí excelente, llevé en un bolso dos potes de agua para la hidratación de los niños, y para mi esposa, como el clima estaba bastante nublado tomamos poca agua, no fue como en otros entrenamientos que nos afectaba un poco por la presencia del sol en horas de la tarde.

En esta primer entrenamiento con mi sobrina de ocho años de edad, subió fácilmente la montaña, y mi hijo pude observar que iba bailando y corriendo en el camino, los niños tienen muchas energías, es impresionante como tienen condiciones físicas para este tipo de ejercicio, este tipo de actividad es excelente para su desarrollo físico y mental, ya que están en su proceso de crecimiento.

Llegamos a la primera parte donde se encuentra la cruz, esperamos un poco a mi hija y a mi esposa para que llegara a ese punto, luego mi hijo y yo continuamos subiendo en la cuarta montaña. Cuando llegamos a la cruz nos encontramos con tres jóvenes que estaba también subiendo, luego ellas continuaron hasta la cuarta montaña.

En esta montaña pudimos ver más personas que estaban descansando luego del esfuerzo físico realizado en el recorrido, mi hijo y yo no encontramos con dos amigos, allí conversamos un poco esperando a mi hija y a mi esposa, pero ellos se quedaron en la otra montaña. Por eso nos regresamos para encontrarnos nuevamente, en el cielo parecía que nos iba caer un aguacero, pero después la lluvia se alejó un poco con la brisa y tuvimos suerte de que no nos mojamos con la lluvia.

Le cuento que nuestra mascota Negrito estaba feliz subiendo esta montaña, veo que le encanta también estar en contacto con la naturaleza juntos con mis hijos y mi sobrina que disfruto al máximo este bello recorrido en el cerro Los Chivos.

This time the weather was quite cool, it seemed that it was going to rain a little, we began to climb a fairly comfortable step since my niece was the first time that she climbed, however she felt quite good, in fact she was close to me next to with my son and the little dog Negrito who was the one who marked the passage on the route.

On this route I felt excellent, I carried two pots of water in a bag for the hydration of the children, and for my wife, as the weather was quite cloudy we drank little water, it was not like in other training sessions that it affected us a bit because of the presence of the sun in the afternoon.

In this first training session with my eight-year-old niece, he easily climbed the mountain, and my son was able to observe that he was dancing and running along the way, the children have a lot of energy, it is impressive how they have physical conditions for this type of exercise, This type of activity is excellent for their physical and mental development, since they are in their growth process.

We got to the first part where the cross is located, we waited a bit for my daughter and my wife to get to that point, then my son and I continued climbing the fourth mountain. When we got to the cross we met three young people who were also climbing, then they continued to the fourth mountain.

In this mountain we could see more people who were resting after the physical effort made on the route, my son and I did not meet two friends, there we talked a little while waiting for my daughter and my wife, but they stayed on the other mountain. That is why we returned to meet again, in the sky it seemed that a downpour was going to fall on us, but then the rain receded a bit with the breeze and we were lucky that we did not get wet with the rain.

I tell him that our pet Negrito was happy climbing this mountain, I see that he loves to be in contact with nature together with my children and my niece who fully enjoy this beautiful tour on Los Chivos hill.
