Kettlebell Workout with a little thunder and rain

Hello kettlebell and fitness friends!

I posted my garden earlier this day and wanted to work out after that. It did start quite well but then I heard a rumble of thunder and a few raindrops came down. Luckily it wasn't much so I could finish my workout. I tried to record it with my phone but it stopped at some point. Probably the memory was full again. I need a new phone soon. I'm uploading it right now and if there is a video in this post, everything went well. 😅
If not... You see nothing! 😂

Workout

Warm-Up

5 minutes of different exercises to stretch and warm up all the muscles and joints. Stretches before the workout should be dynamic. After the workout, you can do static stretches.

EMOM

Every minute on the minute with two 16kg kettlebells.

squat, pushup on the kb, clean, strict press, half snatch, drop

I think I did 10 or 11 rounds and you see the ramp of my heartbeat increasing every round.

Squats

6 rounds a 12 squats with two 16kg kettlebells

Lunges

3 rounds a 6 lunges with two 16kg kettlebells

The workout went for 52 minutes and I burned around 600 calories. The highest heart rate was 150 which is moderate for me.

Upload for the video just finished but the quality is very bad. Sorry!

you're really good with this aren't you? Love the frequent updates my friend. keep them coming!

As for recording and phone memory. You could install IPcam on your phone and record your workout on the PC via wifi and with OBS. You basically access the phone's camera via your local network with an IP via the browser and capture that window. Will send you a link on discord.

Now that you've worked out, have a !PIZZA and a !BEER

I would say, I've learned from the best. But I'm also still learning.
I think I tried this IPcam thing once. I will check it out again. Thanks for the info and link.
Stay !ALIVE my friend!
