Mixed Kettlebell Workout at night

Hello Fitness and Kettlebell friends
On the picture above you see Taco who told me how to use and workout with kettlebells. I got my kettlebell fundamental trainer license from Cavemantraining where he is the owner.
Workout
Kettlebell: 16kg
I mixed it up today with chest and arms. I did my warm up as always which is important with kettlebells. The joints need to be warmed up and smooth. This is even more important for your shoulders.
I added also some high kicks which I like from time to time to see if I still can reach the height of my head and I did some push ups too. I started with windmills and my left side is still weaker than the right side. I'm working on that. 3 left and 4 right and then doing the around the world thing where you swing the kettlebell around your body. After 10 reps you use the swing to do a curl (I should make a video for that). On the way back you swing to the opposite direction and do 10 reps again.
I finished with alternating one arm swings.

Pulse wasn't to high but I got around 50 minutes and over 500 calories burned.
