Actually my contract says I have to do 36 days of overtime or 'Bringschichten'. The total work time in a month is not enough. Good thing is that the boss said that no one fill the complete 36 days and you still get the money for it.

No problem... You know I have a new job and they pay way more than I got before. More money but less hours plus many benefits. Best decision ever to change the company.

Much happier and the best part ist that my direct coworker is funny and crazy like I am. We laugh and joke around a lot in our shifts.
