My Actifit Report Card: July 11 2025

That was sweaty and fun!

I already achieved 7K. Thanks to my enthusiasm, and how I think of my personal goals. Nope, I did not go for an outdoor walk or run because it was raining really hard yesterday. I just went to an empty room at my Grandma's house, and did some home workouts. I also watched the "Walk at Home" from Youtube for guides.

Do not mind my photo. I just took a picture of myself for a "before and after" journey in the next months. Hopefully, there will be changes after all.

My next goal? To reach that 10K. Wish me luck!
