Arsenal have been looking for a new right back to replace the soon to exit Bellerin which I’m not too sad about! I do think Cedric and Chambers are more than enough cover but I think Mikel will Look to move them on too particular Cedric
We’ve been linked with all sorts of rights backs like Godfrey, Kenny and Tampety and now Takehiro the 22 year old Japanese international from Bologna
I don’t know much about him but Spurs are lookIng at him since they not too happy with their right back options either
Takehiro can play both full back and centre back like chambers and for 17 mill it doesn’t look like a bad deal
Personally though I would let Spurs have this one and rather focus on securing midfielders which is where we need the most work done

Chambers and Cedric are decent but if we're looking to progress, we can't rely on that level. I think Chambers is better suited for central and Cedric should be a backup option.
We should be looking at someone with Premiere league experience and pedigree.
There's only 19 other teams you can poach from for EPL established players makes those players more valuable if you don't have the bucks you gotta look outside your comfort zone and take risk
I dont really think any of the names you mention can actually fit in perfectly and instantly into the role that Bellerin is playing. But i am doubting the fact that they are great players as well.
At this point I'd stick ainesley in and have him suck it up as a right back lol arsenal can't be picky we're a mid table team
