Arsenal join the Lakonga line

This transfer dragged on for some time but finally mikel has got his man, his signed, quarantined and his now ready to join the squad after the reported 17 million pound transfer has been secured

He comes highly recommended from Anderlecht working directly with Vincent Kompany and has even drawn praise from Gunners legend Henry who does work in the Belgian set up

Belgium have produced some pretty classy midfielders in recent years so let’s hope he keeps towards that trend

Arsenal need more bodies in midfield so I’m glad his signed but I’d still be more comfortable if we can secure deals for Bissommo and Aouar

The gunners have now secured 2 transfers thus far spending 24 million but that could rise to 74 if the Ben white 50 million deal goes through

I’d say 35 and 25 should get bissommo and Aouar which is another 60 mil so 135 in total which is a sizable chunk of change and some players have to be moved on to reduce that spending

So far that could come in the form of

• bellerin
• Nketia
• willock
• Torriera
• xhaka
• kolasinac
• Maitland Niles
• willian
• lacazette

Who have all been linked with moves away from the club which I think could bring in around 100 mil to balance that budget
