Norwich gets Saka punched
Norwich always seems to be the whipping boys when they show up in the premier league, normally it would be a city or Liverpool that smash them for 5 or more. Arsenal haven't had the best return against Norwich, well they win or draw, but nothing like today's result which sort of threw me for a loop.
It's almost as if Arsenal are starting to get into a groove now and players are starting to build bonds with one another. I was worried seeing Tomiyasi and Cedric were out and White who is not a full back, had to slot in at right-back, but he did really well.
He wasn't the most attack-minded but he kept the wingers quiet and helped secure another clean sheet.
Odegaard probably had one of his best games, providing the first two assists and putting together some of the crispest passing moves I've seen since Mesut Ozil. Saka was absolutely immense today and continues his got streak of 4 goals now in 3 games, while Smith Rowe bagged his 3rd goal in 3 sub appearances and it's like anything these two touches end up in the back of the net.
Martinelli was unfortunate not to get a goal for himself and did really well stretching the full-back and giving Tierney more room to run. His darting runs inside opened up the gab for Tierney to get forward in space and score his goal.
Martinelli is really starting to come into his own and I am so impressed with his work rate.
Arsenal had also missed 3 penalties in the last few games so it was good to see Laca put those demons to bed with a calmly taken pen. Arsenal is also making in-roads with a strong positive goal difference now at 9 goals.
The gunners final game of the year is against Wolves on Tuesday and if we can win that, we leave us on 38 points for the year which isn't a bad place if you're going to push for a top-four spot.

It hurts. It's been ten years for Norwich where they got promoted to Premier League every year and got thrashed every time. Arsenal was good but Norwich's own performance has been a disaster. The new coach or staff or any other new updates won't solve the problem until the management make a decision to prepare the team for this big event. You cannot succeed until you make big enough investments to battle against the bests. They did the opposite and sold their best players with potential.
I think they're going down and have a good enough team to come up again if they don't sell too many of them. They seem like one of those teams that are content to make money coming up selling players and going down again
Its a great win for the gunners side with quite a reasonable goal difference and point to stay top 4 on the list if a steady and positive result is obtained. Norwich city hasn't been on the best side for few times the made to the epic league rather potential are sold out leaving them to struggle for wins
Since they lost Beandia they have lost alot of creativity and Pukki has been straved I think they thought Cantwell would step up and carry that burden but it hasn't been the case, they have a few good players like Williams, Byram, Arrons but I would say their midfield needs some work and they need to drop Kabak, his costing them way too many points
