Arsenal Hammering On For Ben Johnson

If there's one part of the Arsenal defense that looks to need additional help then it has to be right back, Tomiyasi has made the position his own but with a spat of injuries lately, the position has been rotated by Ben White and Cedric.

Both who simply not going to be long-term solutions, it's actually a strange issue to have since we still have Maitland-Niles and Bellerin on the books, despite being out on loan. I do think both of them will leave at the end of the season along with Cedric and that leaves space for someone to compete with Tomiyasi.

Mikel Arteta is said to now be keeping tabs on West Ham talent Ben Johnson. The 22-year-old, who can play at both sides as a full-back had a breakthrough campaign with the Hammers last season.

But we are not the only team looking at Johnson with London rivals Spurs and fellow Premier League side Liverpool also in the mix.
