Arsenal Keen To Secure Young Strikers For Next Season
Arsenal is short of strikers as Nketia and Lacazette join Auba in leaving the club so by the end of next season we will only have Martinelli left. Arsenal does have Balogan and Nikolaj Möller out on loan who can return to compete for a first-team spot and are still hopeful that Khayon Edwards will sign a new contract with the club.
The 18-year-old is currently on a scholarship deal that expires in the summer and Arsenal doesn't want to lose him to another club. Edwards has scored 17 goals and made six assists for the academy this season and will probably be shipped out on loan should he sign a senior contract so he can get more first-team experience.

If they can secure Edward to a deal they will have 4 strikers under the age of 22 so we will need an experienced striker to come in to help share the burden for goals as these youngsters prove that they can make it at the top level.
