Crystal Palace Shatter Arsenal In the First Half

Arsenal have had a very disappointing first half, they have lacked aggression and desire to win the ball and it shows with palace running riot and getting two very good goals

They look lethargic after the international break where very few of the palace players went to play for their countries but that’s no excuse

Arsenal need to win this game to keep pace with the top 4 and they are not making it easy for themselves conceding so early

Not only has the defence and ball retention been poor but the forward play has lacked a clear chance and we need these points

Martinelli will come on for Tavares in the second half, Tavares has been poor I wonder if Saka will fill in at left back or will they move to a back 3 abs try to go for it

You’re already loosing 2-0 so you might as well make a big go for it

Arsenal will need to push for an early goal in the second half if they have any hope of salvaging anything from this game

It’s games like this that seperate the middle table teams from the top 4
