EPL Break Just In Time As Arsenal Injuries Pile Up

So Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II passed away on Thursday, and a momement of silence wasn't enough for some people and the Premier League has announced that all fixtures will be postponed as a sign of respect. Ever the virtue signaling institution of course.

While a bit of a issue considering the world cup is also happening in December the fixture congestion is going to be mental, and it's no wonder players are breaking down the way they are of late, not just for Arsenal but for other teams too.

The time out, couldn't come at a better time for Arsenal as the squad is looking thin. Tierney is still on the mend but is getting some game time, Zinchenko is back along with Odegaard, but both are not fully fit and Tomiyasi has only recently got back to full fitness.

The team is now waiting for the return of Partey, Elneny and Ramsdale who picked up injuries recently and this time off could be what we need to get back to a full-strength squad.

While one game has already been moved, it could be up to 3 games and that should buy some players valuable time to recover, oh as they mourn the death of the Queen as if any of Arsenals players are remotely English these days.
