Arsenal Beat West Ham In First Game Back

Arsenal kicked off their first game back post world up with a solid demolition of West Ham, in front of the home crowd at the emirates. While the score line does look flattering it doesn't tell the full story of the game, with the gunners going into halftime 1-0 down after giving away a penalty despite Salibas best efforts to pull out of the tackle.

Arsenal put out a full-strength side apart from Nketiah who has a lot to prove filling in for Jesus and keeping the goals coming to keep us pushing for the title and he didn't do anything wrong last night.

He did break the offside trap too early in the first half to set up Saka but the goal was disallowed his running and hold-up play was part of Arsenal's success up front.

All 3 goals were set up by Arsenals number 6s in Odegaard grabbing 2 assists and Xhaka grabbing one and each of the front 3 managed to get on the score sheet to rescue all three points from a losing position.

The boys extended their lead to 8 points temporarily as city piled up the games in hand, and hopefully Everton can do us a favour help us keep this lead.
