What have we seen for this past week in Europe's Top 5 League, there is some exciting news to keep up to date with. First I'm gonna start by sharing my ideas, the post is only complete when you too can share your thoughts in comments. Let's begin;

Newcastle United Gets bought for 305 Million Pounds by Saudi Crown Prince;

Bin Salam Newcastle.jpg

All hell breaks loose, or is that the wrong expression?. Newcastle FC just became a real top player in the English Premier League after Saudi Prince Mohammaed Bin Salman buys club ownership. According to ESPN, the last owner Mike Ashley sold for 305 Million Pounds after holding control with the club for 14 good years. In my own opinion may be too cheap or what do you think?. After this event, Newcastle is now valued at a whopping 304 Billion Pounds calculated according to Bin Salman's net worth. Ahead of Machester City and even PSG. Wow, talk about a real Game Changer?

As expected, the club is already making ambitious plans looking for the big gains and how to transform New Castle as we know it. *My private sources give Intel that they have eyes on Philipe Countino at Barcelona, set on signing him when the Transfer Market opens in January, we are gonna see about that. Honestly, I kinda hope he gets signed for real - One thing is for sure, he's gonna have the club at his beck and call (if you know what I mean). I feel that for sure a cool player, he has had the roughest times and who knows, he can really up his game at Premier League and stand among the top 10 performances, remember his time with Bayern Munich?

All in all, this is a new lease of life for Newcastle United, the board, fans, and players, if anything it brings more competition into the game and makes Premier League an even more attractive destination for football top stars.

Benzema on Fire, Wins Player of the Month(POTM) in September

Benzema POTM 2.jpg

Again and again, Benzema keeps scoring - as if that isn't enough he also keeps assisting. I'm really amazed at the current level Benzema is keeping, at the same time not too amazed, but this guy is on Fire!. He was awarded player of the month (POTM) for the month of September after bagging a total of 6 goals and 4 assists in just 4 games. Real Madrid currently stands in the first position on the Laliga table, certainly, he's carrying them along well this season, but also too early to predict. I like the idea of seeing him win POTM After Messi has left the league, at least for a break, it's not easy having to match up to the standard of the GOAT. One comment got me on my favorite Sports news app, All Football, check it below.

Football these days has seen a more light-headed tone maybe, after the shock(read expected) exit of Messi from great home Barcelona to PSG and also Ronaldo shamelessly heading to Manchester (without a Champions League trophy won yet with Juve), I think I tend to agree with the comment above, 100 %, Benzema is currently the best player in World Football (let's give credit where it's due), Do you agree?

Fans Criticize, They say Messi's move to PSG was a wrong one

PSG_Messi.jpg

Oops googly three.jpg, you made the wrong call - I think this statement might be the easiest (and intriguing) for Fans (people like you and me) to call out to footballers, so really, just touche (except when it's a crowd of people throwing it at you face and not just a couple). Even sometimes I find myself calling out Footballers for their wrong moves, not on Twitter, just on the dining table with fam AND fast-forward a couple of months, that move, action, whatever, starts working out fine for them. In this case, though, Messi boldly came out and retorted (some wise words) - "My move to PSG was not a ". What do you think the reason is? (Not for him having some balls to speak up of course, for fans calling him out I mean).

Certainly, he hasn't been performing as expected, there is even statistic stating that he's currently on his worst performances yet (I find that hard to believe, Bayern Munich - Barcelona 8 - 2 were worse days). Did I mention that he scored a splendid freekick in the Champions League Group round against Manchester City? Ok, I didn't, there you go!

Cristiano Ronaldo Wins Player of the Month in September

Cristaino_Jump.jpg

Cristiano has yet bagged another Player of the Month award (oh yeah, his fifth) in Premiere League, honestly, the guy makes it look so easy, more like Man of the Match Award (MOTM xD). I need to seriously start watching more games if I'm gonna give a more detailed analysis on games, based on if he Merits it or Not I mean.

I've seen some mixed opinions coming from other football fans, Salah name has been popping up quite a lot. But basing solely on Statistics, he sure does merit it, 5 Goals in 6 Games in the month of September, Mention the Second or who comes next to him. To say that I wish him massive luck and hope he carries on this newfound streak? would be an overstatement. Instead, I'm gonna say (1)He's finding it pretty easy to adapt, that tells us a lot about Cristiano and Messi I guess, and (2)I hope Premier League gives off the competition they love to rave on about and show Cristiano who's boss[Talk about a player coming from another league and winning POTM in his first month, continuing from where he left off in 2008]

Joan Laporta Says he thought Messi would stay for Free

Messi_Barcelona_Exit.jpg

Joan Laporta(Current President of FC Barcelona) spoke up in a Press Conference about the events surrounding the Move and signing of Messi by PSG, and Laporta's opinion (solemnly ofc) is that he thought Lionel Messi would have chosen to stay for free. I think people would have ALOT of mixed opinions about this voicing out, well I just decided to add it here to say a little something myself.

I kind of understand where that is coming from, I very well think that Messi himself would have considered(maybe not deeply) it, it does happen that when you love something to a great deal you consider doing it for free when others are literally clawing at walls to get paid xD(I mean he's very well off financially so why not), at the end though he decided to [NOT cross that line?] and signed for PSG. He most certainly had it very tough to decide, he was free to choose anyhow he liked, but his action showed that maybe there are some lines we shouldn't cross for love. In hindsight, I can only imagine how that would have intensified the criticism of how - He was scared of leaving Barcelona to another league, and I'm quite grateful for his decision even if for his reputation (In Hindsight!)
