My Actifit Report Card: June 20 2022

The battle between feeling okay and not so ok continues. It's bothersome, but I'm not going to let my guard down. Now that the cough has arrived, I am certain that the medications will make things happen. Or NOT! Eeeeeeek
Luckily I have brought some cough meds back home. I will give it a go. 😅
I was still able to go to work, but there was a slight sense of discomfort. Tomorrow is another day, and I'm still grateful for my daily walks around campus and Monday PE, which accounted for my movement steps.

Now, off to bed.
