My Actifit Report Card: February 23 2023

As I had all the time in the world, I decided to push myself once more to keep going till I reached 10K movement steps on the treadmill. I've done it before, but it's been a long time, and it took me 80 minutes of brisk walking and jogging today.

Additional steps came from simply going around the house to do some chores, and since I am still on break from my research reading, I binge-watched on Netflix.

Working tomorrow and Fridays usually brief, followed by a weekend off. I'll need to catch up on my reading before then.
