My Actifit Report Card: February 28 2023

It was a hot and humid day, but I was fine as I was mostly indoors. Transitioning from one room to the next took movement steps as I accompanied my student to the other rooms for their familiarisation activities for tomorrow's school trip.

I'm going to bed now. I need to recharge as it's only Tuesday, yet it feels like my energy has been sapped for the entire week. LOL
