Heavy rains and it has been raining on and off the whole day. So lazy to make a move and I wish I can just do nothing but that's impossible. To get me then going, I blasted my upbeat music playlist, something that can really wake me up and get me going while working out on the treadmill. Ah, music never fails to disappoint as I managed to slay 10kish movement steps, quite similar to yesterdays.
Then in the afternoon, groceries. No choice as pantry and fridge are both empty and needs refilling. A walk around helped spiked up my steps of course.
