My Actifit Report Card: April 1 2023

Felt way much better and so I was able to randomly run and slow jog on the treadmill. Then household chores topped up my steps. Nothing new really as I just stayed at home. I had intended to go grocery shopping, but my AC in my bedroom was flooding so I had to wait for the AC technician who cancelled last minute due to a pressing matter. I hope he comes tomorrow though as he promised. I believe my AC needs to be serviced. Yet again. I have a feeling its gas needs refilling this time. Ugh.
