My Actifit Report Card: April 4 2023

The usual treadmill workout and my afternoon job provided my movement steps. Added steps came from the evening when we went out to my first Sungkai Buffet for this year 2023. There was a lot of food, and I plan to share it in another blog post at a later date. I hope soon. 😅. Dang, I am too full. Running is necessary tomorrow at this pace. Burn baby Burn. LOL
