My Actifit Report Card: April 5 2023

I was unable to run or walk on the treadmill today due to unanticipated chores that needed to be done in the morning. Fortunately, it required walks, so those made up my today's movement steps. Although I'm not a morning person and tomorrow will be another busy day of being out and about, I'll try to get up early so that I can run before heading out. Crossing my fingers. And Toes. Lol
