My Actifit Report Card: April 26 2023
And the 5 days off's over. Just like that. Of course, the next thing to do is to check the upcoming holidays on our school calendar. LOL
At the end of the following month, we do have three days off. Wohooooo.
Movement steps came from treadmilling and the walk I had as I was out for my afternoon job. Before leaving work, I had to go take some limes from their garden since I needed to use them as a dip with soy sauce for the fried chicken that was waiting for me at home for dinner. That lime tree produces tonnes of lime, and it hasn't stopped for a while.
And I received a beautiful badge for finishing the April Challenge through my Iwatch Fitness Notification. YAY!
Ok, alarms set to stupid o'clock. Like three times as I do have the tendency turning it off and going back to slumber. LOLs.
Will go to bed early and try my luck sleeping early.

That's a lot of steps for a day. My goal is 14k a day, but so far my weekday has always been struggling below 4k 🥺
How about considering getting a treadmill? An hour of walking/running/jogging usually gets me to 10K or more sometimes depending on how long I run. 😊

We do have several offs in between school terms tapos iba pa ang special celebrations. The longest is during Summer which is very soon na din. July to August.Six weeks. Tara uwi tau @jane1289 😊
