Run, Dance & My Actifit Report Card: May 13 2023

RUN.

The first thing I thought when I woke up. Of course, I complied, but only after enjoying a cup of freshly brewed black coffee and admiring the drizzles outside the window. Loved the weather today as it was not scorching.

Then, I headed to my two-hour Kpop class only to find out that the first hour had been cancelled. Eeeeek. Fortunately, the next one is on, but I still had to wait, so I choose to walk across the street to Huaho, a grocery store where I had finally remembered to get chamomile tea. I loved what I got, and it has lavender in it too!

After slowly walking around and getting what I needed, I made my way back to the studio.It was still early so I managed to record a dance for Tiktok. 😁

What a productive day and I am pleased.

You are my constant reminder, to get a treadmill so I can do my power walk everyday instead of waiting for the weekend.

Good morning, time for a walk now. No drizzle for me, but 30 minutes down pour from yesterday makes us feel like a steam cage from the Chinese DimSum shop 😑
