Another Day, Another Slay & My Actifit Report Card: May 20 2023

Woke up just right and decided against using the treadmill as I would be out dancing in the afternoon. However, after a cup of coffee, I had a change of heart and hopped on it. I was meant to read articles related to my studies but Nah. LOL. I told myself I am just going to walk but could not help myself but run in between. While I was walking, I did read, but it was social media content rather than articles. 🤷‍♀️

Fun on the floor as usual. There were only five of us for the first hour of Kpop, but the second hour was packed. Sweat, Sweat, Sweat unlocked!

Superb dinner awaits as my housemate friend went to Border (Kuala Lurah, Malaysia) to just buy this Chicken and Pork BBQ. She also got Pakis (Fern) that had been stir-fried in garlic. She actually wanted me to go along, but I refused since I don't trust myself around alcohol and I have been alcohol-fasting for three weeks now. If I went, I am certain that I would have drunk, not one but probably four to five beers! 🤣

Pork satey are really rare nowadays even in Malaysia. Kudos to your friend managed to snuggle some for you. Chicken wing looks tasty too.

Beer, is energy drink, it's stimulant for muscle growth.
