ILL Feelings & My Actifit Report Card: June 27 2023

Something have had happened early in the morning and it did affect greatly how my day went. I was upset by it, so I don't really want to discuss it. l did try my best to shake that feeling off but it wont easily budge. I was silent the whole day. Even my close colleagues noticed, but I pretended everything was well. It was difficult to start a conversation with them, but I do respond if they try and if it was needed. I opted to keep my mouth shut while pretending to be working on my laptop. I decided to keep moving around as walking was one method to avoid people and somehow divert me from thinking unwanted thoughts.

And while I was moving around, I came across the canteen. I saw their looking yum salad bar and so I went to buy one. For $7 it was worth it. I got banana fritters too. After having them all in my tummy, I thought it would make me feel better. It did at some point but only lasted for a while. 😞

Fitness dancing was not possible because crucial errands had to be done. It would have been the finest cure for my ill feelings. I managed to do the errands quite early though and since my transpo will only be available to pick me up in an hour and a half after, I walked and walked and walked here and there. Then my feet brought me to the groceries. I did buy few things and my mood eventually start to feel better after rounds of walking and looking around. In fact, when I had to take a photo of the almond milk's sides and zoom it to check its sugar content, I was giggling to myself. Even with my eyeglasses on, the damn letters are still freaking small. Sheesh, my eyes are getting old! 😂

Sorry for the damn thing and let you down, I'm glad you rode it out the whole day and finally feeling a little bit better.

Don't bother with almond milk. It doesn't replace the amount of protein from cow's milk regardless. With the amount of fat compared to protein per serving, I'd strongly suggest you to go with low fat milk(except if you're lactose intolerant).

Apart from sugar I am trying to lessen my dairy intake too. I have 'itching' issues once I overdo dairy hence the almond milk dairy free. Sometimes I do low-fat milk too but since I love cheese I have to sacrifice my milk of choice mostly.

I struggle to sleep when something bothers me, so now you know when I write that in my post.. but it could be the heat too of course.. 😁

it might be the case later but I hope not. I need a damn drink but it's only Tuesday and I need to wake up early for work tomorrow and Oh yeah I am on alcohol diet too. 🤣

Medj sadt naman.. Ganito rin ako, when something happens wala na ung mood ko for the day magbabago na talaga.
I hope you feel better now.. Sometimes food doesn’t help in making our mood better talaga, kaya nga dba may stress eating but oh well, maybe drinks can?

Better than yesterday naman na witty. Catching up with a friend atm just to rant and have a breathe. Big help talaga din minsan ang kaibigan kahit madalas wala silang kuwenta. Char. Hahaha
