July 1st & My Actifit Report Card: July 1 2023

Here it is, July 1st. Where did the time go?

But yeah, my countdown begins as well. 4.5 working days and summer holidays begins. 10 more days and I will be flying back home. YAY!

After having my black coffee, I started browsing Hive and Powered Up the minimum. Did a bit of engagement by upvoting and commenting then changed into my trainers and did Low intensity Exercises and some Cardio (Jumping ropes/Disc Trainer)

Eventually, household chores came next but I only did cooking and the laundry. I was not in the mood to clean and will just have to do tomorrow.

Finally, I made my way to the fitness studio for an hour-long Kpop class. On Saturdays, they used to have two classes, but there was only one today as the instructor for the other class had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances.
