My Actifit Report Card: September 17 2023

It's been a rather quiet day which I prefer on a Sunday. Household duties at home was done and I purposely choose to skip Netflix today because I have some readings that require attention.

Oh Yes, I spent an hour working out on the treadmill before the household chores. I worked up a good sweat and it felt incredibly satisfying. I also felt extremely energized after it.

Monday, my least fave day of the week, Yet again tomorrow. I have few chapters to get on before I am off to bed so I gotta go. Hope you all had a good weekend by the way.
