The day began with the anticipated Monday laziness, perhaps brought on by last night's little sleep. I put the blame on Tiktok for this because I was completely entertained by the hilarious stuff when I suddenly realized that it was past my usual bedtime. Despite my general feeling of sloth, I managed to find my way to get to the fitness studio, shake it off to an hour of Kpop fitness dance to end the day. Kudos to me! 😄
