Kpop Fitness Dance, Lamb Biryani, Funghi Al Pesto & My Actifit Report Card: October 7 2023

With the exception of the lingering cough, I decided to go to the fitness studio as I was already feeling fantastic. I was able to attend both Kpop dance class, however I had to end the last one 15 minutes early because I was already feeling exhausted and hungry. 😁

Since I was craving for Lamb Biryani and Cheese Nan with Funghi Al Pesto, I walked straight to Le taj Restaurant. It was only a few steps away from the fitness studio and I still have 45 minutes till my transport arrives. I only ate half of each and brought home the other half for tomorrow. Yum, Yum, Yum.

Looks like the kpop did effectively burn you some handsome calories. You can still finish half of that, pretty darn amazing

If I was fasting the whole of it has all gone down but I did have lunch a few hours before the workout owing to meds.
