Tuesday Felt Like Saturday & My Actifit Report Card: March 12 2024

At some point, today felt like it was Saturday because I found myself doing what I typically reserve for Saturdays. Yes, I cooked Pinakbet, a recipe from home that I rarely make but excel at. When I shared it with my neighbour friend, shejokingly asked, "What did you eat that made you cook this?" It's the preparation that I find daunting, hence why I don't cook it often. I also cooked a large batch to share and store in the fridge for work lunches in the coming days. Woop!

Then off I went for 2.5 hours of side hustlle and right after I went to get my nails done. This time I am not in the mood for any colours so I just went for cleaning.
