Enjoying the Gym grind and staying motivated
As we come to the end of the year it's time to start looking and planning for the new year. one of the many things I am proud of this year was being consistent with the gym and seeing some small results with that.
I need to work on my dieting and nutrition I am eating healthier but I need to be eating more of the healthier foods to put on the calories to therefore build some muscle which is the overall goal.
overall the gym is going great this is the new one which opened in late September too and it is great it is so much bigger meaning more space, more equipment, and less crowded so I can actually go in and do what I want to do and get out which is probably why I have been consistent lately.

Hey! I congratulate you for being consistent with your training. I also set out to improve my eating and exercise habits this year, and although I don't go to the gym, I have an exercise routine adapted to the home. I hope you keep it up 💪
