Going on the Golf course for the first time

Good Evening community
During my short weekend away visiting Braintree in Essex, United Kingdom I played A round of golf at my hotel as with this hotel as was A golf club a free game was available during the stay and well, I couldn't resist.
It was a beautiful Friday early afternoon, The sun was shining brightly and the weather for the time of year was amazing.
playing golf was one of equal parts excitement and nervousness, I have been playing at driving ranges for many months but going on A course was A new experience. As I arrived at the golf course, I was struck by the beauty of the surroundings. The lush green fairways, the colorful flowers, and the towering trees. This looked amazing but in the back of my head I knew my first drive will go into the trees and I will likely lose A couple of balls here and there. After A couple of bad slices during warm-ups, I set up on the first hole of the 18, and then out of nowhere My opening drive sent the ball soaring down the fairway. It was a beautiful shot that gave me a sense of happiness, it could have been better but it stayed somewhat central and with it going around 200 yards I was very happy.
Despite my inexperience, I found myself thoroughly enjoying the game and that's what trying new things is all about, you have to give things a go.
Moral of this post: Trying new things can be intimidating, but it can also be an incredibly rewarding experience. It's easy to fall into a routine and stick with what's comfortable and familiar, but stepping outside of your comfort zone can lead to personal growth and new opportunities.
Thank you for reading my post today, I will be writing up A big golf update post soon but for now thank you and take care.
