¡Hola a todos los usuarios de Hive y a los atletas de Street Workout Community!

Este día se supone que debía descansar, pero aquí estoy, entrenando. Solo entrené un poco; solo quería matar el aburrimiento y nada mejor que hacer lo que más me gusta.

Pensé en hacer estáticos, realizando un estático individualmente. La full planche estuvo un poco caída, pues era de esperar: no he descansado lo suficiente. Aun así seguí, hice otro intento y esta vez lo mantuve un poco más de tiempo, para después descansar.


El front lever, uno de los estáticos en los que no dudo tanto porque puedo mantenerlo mucho tiempo, pero con esta fatiga fue un poco difícil mantenerlo limpio. Procedí a hacer algunos presses y un aguante al final, aunque no lo mantuve el tiempo suficiente.

El back lever supino me parece ligeramente complicado por la alta concentración en los bíceps; a veces me preocupo por si les podría pasar algo por ese detalle. Pude mantener la postura unos pocos segundos, intenté hacer una pull-up, pero la fuerza no fue suficiente.


Y por último, el L-sit. Me gusta bastante porque se puede hacer en cualquier parte, y las combinaciones que puedes crear con él son llamativas. No me costó mucho hacerlo, a pesar de la fatiga de la semana que golpea como boxeador profesional. He hecho muy bien las cosas, quizás con algún detalle más que otro, pero que se puede arreglar descansando.

Aquí finaliza mi entrenamiento para vencer el aburrimiento. Me hace feliz poder distraer mi mente haciendo lo que más me gusta.

Today was supposed to be a rest day, but here I am, training. I only did a little bit of work; I just wanted to kill some time, and what better way than doing what I love most?

I thought I'd do some static holds, performing one on my own. The full planche was a bit weak, which was to be expected: I haven't rested enough. Even so, I kept going, made another attempt, and this time I held it a little longer before resting.


The front lever is one of the static holds I don't usually hesitate to do because I can hold it for a long time, but with this fatigue, it was a bit difficult to keep it clean. I proceeded to do some presses and a hold at the end, although I didn't hold it long enough.

The supinated back lever seems slightly complicated to me because of the high concentration on the biceps; sometimes I worry that something might happen to them because of that. I was able to hold the position for a few seconds, and I tried a pull-up, but I wasn't strong enough.


And finally, the L-sit. I quite like it because you can do it anywhere, and the combinations you can create with it are impressive. It wasn't too difficult, despite the fatigue that comes with being a professional boxer this week. I did things pretty well, maybe with a few minor issues, but that's easily fixed with rest.

This concludes my workout to beat boredom. It makes me happy to be able to distract my mind by doing what I love most.
