My Actifit Report Card: June 6 2022

I'm not feeling at my best today. My shoulder and my arms are sore because of all the activities and chores last weekend. I tried putting some pain relief patches but it didn't work. Tried few arms exercise hoping it will ease the pain but didn't work either.

My move count was from chasing the kids around and I took the photo when I went outside to buy pain relief patches. I was riding my bike.

I'm hoping the pain will be gone tomorrow.
