My Actifit Report Card: July 19 2022

Exceptional Tuesday Actifitters!

Since we began our vacation, I have barely surpassed 10k counts. Today, though, was an exception. I was able to go outside and scrub the garden once more because the weather was so pleasant. Weeds cannot be stopped. The constant rain is helping them flourish. I finish up other housework after spending more than an hour cleaning the garden.

We looked around the yard in the afternoon and discovered avocados that were ready to be picked. So that we could get the avocados, I asked my brother to get the fruit net. The kids were overjoyed because they had never seen a fruit harvest before.

In addition to avocados, we also harvested pomelo, cocoa, guavas, and santol or cotton fruit. The abundance of trees in the area surrounding the property delighted us.

As I ended my day today, I realized I'm becoming at ease with my surroundings. I'm well adjusted now compared to last week. And look at my sleep record below! It was exceptional! I almost slept for 8 hours! That's a new record!
