My Actifit Report Card: September 2 2022

It rained the whole day because of a tropical storm. I spent the day mostly in the kitchen, preparing meals for the whole family while the kids were busy playing and watching television in the living room. My move counts were from my daily routine and house chores.

We did some walking in the afternoon for less than 20 minutes when the rain briefly stopped.
We hurried home before the rain started pouring again.
It was too late when I noticed my tracker watch battery was almost empty..
