I decided to add some color to my healthy juice, and this time I'm adding beetroot. It's actually my first time trying this vegetable. It's not very common in our area to grow this vegetable, so I rarely see it in the market. I'm curious of how it tastes; the salesperson selling it said it has a natural sweetness.

After blending those three vegetables, it resulted in this beautiful, dark red smoothie. I tried it without any sweetener, and yes, there's some sweetness to it. This healthy smoothie journey of mine encouraged me to experiment and try different flavors.
