My Actifit Report Card: March 23 2023

I'm exercising a little more than usual today. I have two weeks left in the challenge, but my weight loss has stalled at 4 kg. I weighed 63 kg at the time of the weigh-in, and as of right now, I weigh 59 kg, having dropped some weight but being far from my target weight. When I weigh between 55 and 57 kilograms, I claimed I'll trim off my hair. Now since it's hot outside, having such long hair is not at all convenient.

I walked to pick up my children from school rather than having to drive, just to burn a few calories.
