My Actifit Report Card: March 25 2023

Two servings of loaded nachos while binge-watching movies. I was supposed to make tacos, but there were no taco shells available in the supermarket nearby, so we settled for these super junk food chips. It's packed with fresh sliced tomato, onion, cucumber, and lettuce underneath that cheese and meat. I made a homemade cheese sauce too.

I managed to walk in the morning just one round around the area, then proceed to do the house chores. It's my rest day/cheat day, so I have every excuse not to exercise today. I still follow my fasting schedule, but I can eat whatever unhealthy food I want! Sometimes you need to give in to those cravings.
